Convert DVD’s and TV shows and play them on your iPod
For most of us, an iPod has become an essential part of our lives. I personally use my video iPod to download videos of my classes and play them later, play music(duh!) and watch movies when I go on long drives or when I am flying. However, the number of movies you can get which you can play on your iPod are very limited.
Not any more. PQDVD has come out with a very cool software, an iPod DVD Converter, which you can use to convert all kinds of videos, DVD’s into the iPod video format, all with a few clicks. Imagine if you missed the latest episode of 24 or Heroes, you can get the video and convert it into iPod video format and you can watch it say on your subway ride back home. Just download and install their iPod DVD converter Software. Launch the video converter, click “open” to browse through your computer and select the DVD or the video file you wish to convert. Now you can start converting the video into iPod format. When the conversion is done, just put the converted file into your iTunes Library and then sync with your iPod.
Sounds very interesting right. The software also supports high quality 640×480 H.264 and MPEG4 video. Using this 640×480 H.264 iPod Video setting, you can connect your iPod video to TV. You can go ahead and try out this software for a free trial. They have a package for $39.95 which lets you convert unlimited number of DVDs and videos. Definitely sounds like a great deal for me.
