Series 7 Exam made Easy

The Series 7 test is the NASD/NYSE exam required by most broker-dealers for their registered representatives.

The NASD Series 7 Covered Areas Include: Stocks, Debt Securities, Investment Banking, Securities Markets, Taxes, Securities Analysis, Self Regulatory Organizations (SRO’s), Mutual Funds and Investment Companies, Annuities, Margin, Options, Money Market Instruments, Direct Participation Programs and Municipal Securities.

The Series 7 exam is made up of 260 multiple-choice questions of which 10 are experimental. Each student will be given a total of 6 hours for the exam (3 hours for each half).  A grade of 70 is considered passing.

Eye of the Dolphin, the perfect summer family movie

Summer is the most favored time of the year for movie releases. This summer was no different. You see action packed movies like Transformers or Spider Man3 to family and teen oriented movies like Eye of the Dolphin being released on August 24th 2007.

Eye of the Dolphin was written by 3 time Emmy Award winner Wendell Morries and directed by Michael Sellers. This movie is very well told tale which knows no boundaries and crosses cultures and bonds different generations and keeps in mind the tastes of the current generation of teenagers especially their tastes of humor and edginess.

Eye of the Dolphin family movie is perfect for teen girls - or a father-daughter movie night.

This movie was filmed in exotic locations in Bahamas and as in the title of the movie, features dolphins, some very smart dolphins. You get to see the spectacular locations, travel below and above water with dolphins and all supported by an excellent cast in Carly Schroeder(Gracie), Adrian Dunbar(The Crying Game), Academy Award Nominee Katharine Ross (”The Graduate”), George Harris (”Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix”), Jane Lynch (”Forty Year Old Virgin”) and Christine Adams (”Batman Begins”).

THE STORY
