The Amazing Minesweeper trick: How to always win at Minesweeper

Learn this Microsoft Windows Minesweeper trick and amaze your friends!

The trick

Step # 1: Launch Minesweeper and press xyzzy

Step # 2: Hold key for about 10 seconds until a while pixel appears on the top left corner of your monitor.

Note: The white dot appears at the very upper left hand corner of your DESKTOP(monitor area) and not the actual game window of minesweeper. Also, usually there is no need to press the xyzzy keys. Just press the key and if the pixel is lid, that means you can open that tite.

Step # 3: Move the mouse until the white pixel disappears to find squares with the mines.

lid pixel = safe to open

off pixel = mine present
