Hi Soniya, even im in the same boat its July 26th and still my case is PENDING. They have still not picked my case to ajudicate! Dis H1B is eating my head!! If my case is rejected then i will nvr file for H1B in my future. Thr r lots of countries available

Hi Sir

My application was filed through my employer Aditi Technologies,Bangalore under normal processing, but till now I have’not heard anything from my employer.
My employer has send me email that my application was not selected in the H1 Processing this year at the USCIS Center. My application was filed in california service center.

But simultaneously, my employer have’nt received any rejected petitions, so what are the chances of my application still getting selected?
Please let me know, Should I still keep some hope or should I believe that my application was not selected in the lottery.

Hi,
My case was filed in California service center under normal processing. I still did not get any status about my appl. Has they started to sent the rejected applications? Does it mean that I have not made thru the lottery as I did not hear anything still? Can I still be optimistic abt the visa?

Hello sir..my case is selected inlottery and i recieved my reciept number on 5th june..but still my case is pending.My case is filled in Vermont Service Centre.how much time it will take to approve.
