How to Delay Sending an Email Message in Outlook
Email messages are sent immediately when you click the Send button in your email client whether that it Microsoft’s Outlook Express or Outlook 2003 (part of Microsoft Office 2003) or the latest Outlook 2007(part of Microsoft Office 12). In some cases, you might want to delay sending the email message or postpone it for a while when using Outlook. Now you can delay sending the email message by postponing the send date in your Email client which in this case is Microsoft Outlook by following the steps below
Step # 1: Compose a new email using Outlook
Step # 2: In the new Email window, click on Options

Step # 3: In the Message Options dialogue box, select Do not Deliver Before check box. Once you select, you are allowed to choose your desired send date using a Calender Drop down and the desired time you want the email message to be sent.

Step # 4: Click close and then click send on the email message.
You can now see the message in the Outbox folder and stays there until the date and time you set for the email message earlier.
