How to Save Word doc as PDF

The full version of Adobe Acrobat allows you to save Word docs as PDF files. However, this software is very expensive. How about a free 2007 Microsoft Office Add-in which allows you to export and save word doc as PDF for eight different Microsoft Office 2007 products which include Microsoft Office Access 2007, Microsoft Office Excel 2007, Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007, Microsoft Office OneNote 2007, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, Microsoft Office Publisher 2007, Microsoft Office Visio 2007 and Microsoft Office Word 2007.

You can also send files as e-mail attachments in the PDF format in a subset of these programs.

For this add-in , the Operating Systems supported are Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista and Windows XP Service Pack 2.

How to Save Word doc as PDF

Click here to download the Microsoft Office 2007 add-in which lets you save Word doc as PDF. Once you click, your version of Office would be verified for genuine Microsoft Office software. Click the Continue button in the Validation Required section above to begin the short validation process. Once validated, you will be returned to the download page with specific instructions for obtaining the download.
