These are our NFL week 3 Picks and predictions. We went 9-7 last week with lots of upsets.

NFL Week 3 Game(s) of the week

1. Dallas Cowboys at Chicago Bears

I think Tony Romo is definitely the future up in Dallas. Chicago has a good D but still has the “Rex” driving the car towards SuperBowl. I think the winner of this game is most likely to represent the NFC in the SuperBowl.

Cowboys win over Bears 23-13

2. Tennessee Titans at New Orleans Saints

New Orleans Saints are hardly playing like they were supposed to. Picked by many to represent the NFC in the SuperBowl,  they are a disapointing 0-2 so far. However, playing at home might bring out the best in them. Can they still hold off Vince Young though?

Titans win over Saints 23-20

We predicted several interesting games for week 2 of the NFL 2007 season and the teams certainly didn’t disappoint us with several stellar performances. The most interesting games were obviously the game of the week between New England Patriots and the San Diego Chargers. Did anyone else see all the hugs Coach Belichick was getting from his players after they blew out San Diego Chargers 38-14. The score is exactly the same from their week 1 victory of New York Jets. Maybe the players were out to prove a point and I am pretty sure they won’t forget all that was thrown against them last week, questioning them, questioning their celebrated head coach, questioning the patriot way and above all questioning their super bowl victories.

Welcome back to NFL weekend picks. We went 11-5 last week and are trying to improve our NFL weekly predictions this week. As always, we will have three categories, NFL Game of the week, NFL week 2 winners, NFL Close Games of the Week.

NFL Week # 2 Game of the Week
San Diego Chargers (1-0) at New England Patriots (1-0)

Just when you thought that the Patriots don’t have anything this year to drive them on their way to SuperBowl victory, the press and other teams jealous reactions handed it to them through the “VideoGate Scandal”. The Patriots now have an “us against the world” factor driving them again and look out for them unloading their frustrations at the home game against Chargers.

Randy Moss might not have a great game as last week but look for Wes Welker or Stallworth to have a monster game.

Patriots 30, Chargers 17

1. Washington Redskins (1-0) at Philadelphia Eagles (0-1)
Eagles 27, Redskins 20
